Information about the position
Professionals Nord, in collaboration with Start-up, is looking for a communicative, driven, and technically skilled person to take on the role of Business Area Manager for Electrical Power. In this role, you will combine leadership with business responsibility and become a central part of the company's continued development. You will be responsible for a team of approximately eight people and work closely with customers, employees, and the management team.

We are looking for someone who wants to remain technically close to the operations while having the opportunity to influence both people and business. The role involves combining leadership with operational work in projects where you ensure technical quality, support the team as a mentor, and contribute to business development and long-term stability within the business area. The group is technically strong and self-sufficient, which means you need to be a present leader who supports when needed while also allowing for independence.

Job responsibilities

• Lead and develop the business area of Electrical Power
• Personnel responsibility and support the team's development
• Combine the managerial role with operational consulting assignments for clients
• Participate in customer dialogues, sales, and quote work
• Plan, follow up, and drive projects together with the team
• Act as a technical sounding board and mentor
• Participate in business planning and management group work

We are looking for someone who has

• The ability and knowledge to support the team in technical matters and act as a sounding board in electrical power
• Three to five years of work experience in the energy sector with a focus on electrical power
• Confidence in project environments where technical and business responsibilities are combined
• Understanding of technical calculations and quote work within electrical power
• Experience in project management and financial understanding for calculation, budget, and follow-up work
• Leadership experience or a natural inclination for leadership and a desire to develop in personnel responsibility
• Good proficiency in the Office package
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
